Holistic  Care Approach

No one is immune from the impact of trauma. Becoming trauma-informed means recognizing your own experiences with trauma and that of people in your community. In this comprehensive training, we will investigate how teaching and being with a trauma-informed lens can accommodate and address the physical, mental, and spiritual impacts that survivors of trauma may navigate. The instructor draws from a combination of direct experience, professional work, and academic research, enabling her to attest to both the potential vulnerabilities and the inherent resilience within all.  You will explore befriending your body, breath, sensation, and the present moment experience to facilitate healing. This does not certify you to work with trauma. Additional training is required.

It is good for 7 CEU's for Yoga Alliance.
