Raechel Morrow, founder of Grand Rapids Healing Yoga, is a certified yoga therapist and trauma release specialist. Raechel is certified through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapies and trauma certified through The Trauma Center. Working with the mind and body, she provides compassionate and nurturing care, helping people attune to their inner wisdom.
Micah McLaughlin, founder of Continuum Healing, is a naturopathic practitioner specializing in the integration of the body and mind. Micah uses traditional naturopathic tools along with mindfulness, breath work, and energy movement to help people connect to who they truly are, finding wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.
