Erica McLaughlin is a registered yoga teacher and mind-body therapist offering classes to promote and support the quiet moments needed to cultivate connection to self. Her offering places great value on a person's own innate healing abilities and she aims to offer students respect, humility, integrity, presence and compassion while helping them draw inward.
As a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Erica is currently completing a second 200-hour training, emphasizing a commitment to trauma informed yoga therapy. She studied massage therapy at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapy and Education where she obtained her therapeutic bodywork certification and massage therapy license. Additionally, Erica has pursued training in holistic counseling, mind-body therapy, and zen shiatsu bodywork.
Erica strongly believes in the healing power that comes when we provide ourselves a quiet space to connect the mind and body. In this space our true essence has a chance to emerge offering the greatest gift of healing: acceptance.
